We will meet our customers’ service requirements in conducting our business activities and maintain a healthy and safe environment for our employees, contractors, customers and the community, through the implementation and maintenance of an integrated Quality.

To fulfil these commitments, Pinnacle Logistics will:

  • seek continuous improvement in service quality, and safety, health and environmental performance through a consultative approach involving customers, employees, contractors and suppliers, and through ongoing monitoring, auditing and review of our management system;
  • identify our customer’s performance requirements, maintain a high level of customer focus through effective communication, and develop appropriate service and safety specifications to satisfy all stakeholders;
  • develop and maintain procedures, work instructions and plans which achieve high levels of customer service and provide systems of work which minimise the risk of injury to people and damage to property and the environment;
  • provide our customers with appropriate products and services to meet their needs within agreed standards


All Pinnacle Logistics employees are accountable for customer service standards and for health, safety and environmental performance in their area of responsibility.

Employees and contractors are expected to use their job skills and knowledge to enhance service quality, improve safety and protect the environment. Employees and contractors shall follow agreed work practices, observe company safety rules and report service failures, workplace hazards and incidents to their supervisors.
