To fulfil these commitments, Pinnacle Logistics will:

• Seek continuous improvement in service, safety, health and environmental performance through a consultative approach involving our customers, employees, contractors and suppliers, and through ongoing monitoring and auditing;
• Identify our customers requirements, maintain a high level of customer focus through effective communication, to develop appropriate service and safety specifications to satisfy all stakeholders;
• Develop and maintain procedures, work instructions and plans which achieve high levels of customer service and provide systems of work which minimise the risk of injury to people and damage to property and the environment;
• Provide and maintain healthy and safe work areas, and safe plant and equipment through a proactive approach to identification of workplace hazards and the assessment and control of risk;
• Provide appropriate information, instruction and competency based training to employees to enable them to perform their roles effectively and safely;
• Provide appropriate and adequate supervision in the workplace;
• Comply with relevant legislative requirements;
• Ensure that all employees, and as far as is practicable, contractors and visitors, are informed of and understand, their obligations in respect to Health, Safety and the Environment.

Employees and contractors are expected to use their job skill and knowledge to enhance Pinnacle Logistics service, improve safety and protect the environment.

Employees and contractors shall follow agreed work practices, observe Pinnacle Logistics safety requirements and report equipment failures, workplace hazards or incidents to their respective supervisor.
